INDIA💔-A nation that treats it's avengers not less than anti-nationals. The profession whom we titled as Covid warriors before; are treated today like 'pests'.

As we all know that the delay in counselling of NEET PG students has caused a shortage of Junior doctors. As the Government proposed 27% OBC reservation and 10% EWS reservation stating the financial limit as 8 lacs. This limit can be justified for OBCs as they are from socially backward section but for EWS category it isn't acceptable which resulted a delay in the entire process  that caused Doctors' protest in many parts of the country.Supreme Court promised to hear this case before december but till hitherto it's unsolved.Federation of Resident Doctors’ Association (FORDA) has approached the Supreme Court and pleaded for immediate hearing too.Now the question is who is responsible for this uncalculable loss?

India's judicial system is not fit for contemporary circumstances as stated by Chief Justice of India-C.V. Raman. Undoubtedly it's the heart and soul of our nation's governance but certain changes are needed to the earliest.

-Those cases that can be solved in lower courts must not overburden the higher court.

-There should a fixed time duration for cases. Although cases run from several decades yet they remain unresolved.

Media (ironically the 4th Pillar of Democracy) haven't shown much about such serious circumstance on channels that's why this issue is unfamed.

Is deciding the financial limit of EWS category and postponing the counselling for this worths more it than the condition of doctors?

What happens if this continues and 3rd wave hits the country ; undoubtedly the scenario can become unimaginably devasting.
